Synchronizing Geometry
An exhibition showing the investigation and experimental work of the architecture office of Carlos Ferrater Partnership (OAB) since 1989
The exhibition shows the investigation and experimental work of the architecture office of Carlos Ferrater Partnership (OAB) since 1989. Several geometrical mechanisms, such as nets, ribbons, meshes, or folds, are applied in projects of different scales, structuring the first sketches and adapting to the specific programs and construction processes. Large format panels, models, and videos compose this exhibition that presents the work of the office. The exhibition later traveled to the Bezalel Academy of Arts & Architecture in Jerusalem (2007), the Bilbao Fine Arts Museum (2007), the Architects Association of Catalunya in Barcelona (2008) and the Architects Association of Madrid (2008).
